Staples – Order Online and Pick it Up from the Store

I just found this out recently. Staples has a new “Buy Online and Ship to Store” Program. You order your items online and pick it up from the store few hours later (or better the next day).

An informal survey was done on what was the most popular items being bought my My Power Mall members. Here are the top 5 items:

1. American Express Gift Card – This is the most popular so far because of the convenience it provides. It is accepted in all establishments accepting American Express.

2. Home Depot Gift Card – We all need something  to fix our house so a Home Depot Gift Card is a way to have something handy when we go to Home Depot. Order the Home Depot Gift Card through your My Power Mall and it will be mailed to you (for FREE).
3. Barnes and Nobles Gift Card – When we need books or a latte from Starbucks (in Barnes and Nobles stores), your Barnes and Nobles Gift Cards are very convenient.Order these gift cards and it will be mailed to you (for FREE).

4. Borders -Order Borders Gift Cards and it will be mailed to you (for FREE)
5. PETSMART – IF you have pets, order gift cards from Petsmart to replenish your pet supplies. PETSMART Gift Cards also mailed to you for FREE

The American Express Gift Card – Don’t Leave Home Without It!

Ginny Dye, My Power Malls CEO, recently wrote this about the American Express Gift Cards:

“There are so many great ways to take advantage of the American Express cards.   I so love the fact that I can buy cards,  make money, put money into the Payplan, and then just live my life!  Last week I bought groceries, gasoline, some nutritional supplements, exercise equipment on my Mall (double-dipping), Chiropractic care, went out to eat, and even paid for a massage.  I love knowing that with these cards we have truly harnessed the power of EVERYDAY spending.

Here are some more great ideas for how to use them:

-  Be careful when you’re buying gas because they will take more.  It will be reimbursed but you need to be aware of it.  If you are a Costco member you can use it to buy a Costco Gas card and you don’t have to worry about that.”
